Olivia Nova was born Lexi Rose Forte on April 28, 1997 in Coon Rapids, Minnesota, in the United States. She grew up in a family with roots in both Filipino and Italian heritage and spent her early years in the Midwest. From a young age she was involved in modeling, first booking work around age 12 before later transitioning into adult entertainment as a young adult.
